I just finished listening to her inverview on Fresh Air this morning. It was, excuse the pun, but it was like a bit if fresh air. Great interview. It gave a lot of insight to Kristin as a person and a performer. I am her fan for life. I was especially moved by her comments about Christianity. As a Christian, I understand all too well about how she feels about things. I am so glad that she is so open and honest about these things. Hats off to Krtisin Chenowith!! We need more people like you!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yay! I'm sooo happy! I finally got your book, Kristin! So far its amazing!

I am so excited to read this book! I am a fan of Kristin, and I am also going for a career in theatre myself. Thank you Kristin for the motivation and also for sharing your story with people who share the dream that you are living!

I just LOVE you Kristin!!! I'm 13 so I'm trying to earn money so I can get your book. I've heard good things about it! My dream is to go to OCU and become a Broadway star! You inspire me! Thank you!

I read the book on my Kindle this weekend, and I am still giggly. What a great book! It read so much like listening to her talk!!! I felt like she was in the room with me. This was my first book to read for gay pride week here in Chicago, and I am so touched by the heart she shared in the book.

Hey Kristin! I was born in Oklahoma (many years before you), and have adopted my own kids. My grandfather was a SB minister in Oklahoma City until he died in the 70's. I kept feeling right at home reading your story. (but I missed the green jello mold recipes).

Best book by I've read in a long time.

I hope someday Kristin will come to Chicago for a book signing, so I can give my son a copy.

I loved the book so much! It was so hilarious! but there are some sad moments. I loved the book for it will remind aspiring artists to focus on the passion(singing, acting, dancing) rather that the fame. It will keep you grounded. The message that we have to do what will make us happy and what feels right in our hearts.

I'm listening to A Little Bit Wicked on my iPod and am a little more than halfway through. I have both laughed out loud and wiped tears from my eyes multiple times already. I've been an avid Wicked fan for years, but I really fell in love with Miss Chenoweth when she played Olive on Pushing Daisies. Hearing her talk about the show and how wonderful it was to work on is making my heart hurt because I wish so much it had gone on for 10 more seasons. The show was the best thing ever to happen to television and I'm so sad that ABC didn't realize the potential of that gem.

As for her memoir, I'd just like to say to Kristen: Thank-you for your book. The descriptions of your strong family and faith, along with your love of people and sense of good cheer throughout the ups and downs of your life thus far, will stick with me for a long time. I wish you all the best in your personal and professional life.

everything is always in new york! come on kristin lol COME TO MARYLAND. do a book signing at our barnes and noble haha PLEASE! - Laura

Kristin, You have done it again! This is a simply wonderful auto-biography and it makes me like her even more, which I didn't think was possible. If you Love Kristin, you will Love this book! A piece of advise for Kristin, if you read this.... Forget Mr.Wrong... MOVE ON Please... he's so undeserving of You! And for the record.. I loved your album "As I Am", you sang some of my favorite songs! Keep bringing us great things Kristin!!!

I looked up both the schedules for The Bonnie Hunt show and both her website and the website of my local channel that carries it, says Kristin Chenoweth will be on WEDNESDAY, THE 29th and not May 1st. Just so you know. Smiling

I loved this book! Downloaded it on my Kindle and read it in a couple of days. Kristen, you ROCK!! I'm so glad to get to know more about you. The book was well written, funny and very heartfelt, it seems. I recommend it highly!

One question: If they make "Wicked" into a movie, would you consider being in it? You know Patty Duke is in San Francisco right now playing Madame...fabulous!

All my best to a wonderful, talented and sweet woman...I wish you peace.

Please try to work in the SOUTH on your TOUR. Louisville Or Nashville would be great. Even better come to Bowling Green,KY. and we will give you a ride in the NEW CORVETTE.

Kristen...your book is everything I hoped for and more...not at all like those other books by people gushing over themselves (It was much more than that lol).I love it. Just wondering if that cello player was winking at you of your GBF...kind of left me wondering. See you at a signing! Oh..and BTW..I was told to use my full name "Matthew" and not "Matt" too...so good job Dr. Birdwell! Smiling

Kristin was delicious, delightful and insightful on Fresh Air this morning.

I am almost done with the book. It is SOOO good. Even if you know nothing about theatre/music/tv/movies you will love it.

It is witty. Insightful. Touching. So very funny. I laughed out loud countless times. My poor husband, I kept saying "let me read you just this one more passage..."

I would recommend it to any Chenowth fan or to anyone looking for a good read....

p.s. there is a typo in the pics section of the book. I first fell in love with her with her performance of Lily in the Kathy Bates Annie. The caption says it is Music Man....

wow I sound a bit like an obsessive fan. Kristin if you read this, no worries -- no designer bags coming your way from me! I am just a SAHM who once had a dream to be on Broadway... but now is perfectly content following your career.

Hey guys--

She will be on Tavis Smiley on the 22nd and she will be on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson on the 23.!!

The Leno interview was cute (ALTHOUGH SHORT)and she did a cute little song for Jay. And then GMA was cute too! She is adorable

Thanks LeAnn for the banner

I hope some one puts it on youtube...

Ahh, She was on Leno on Monday the 13th!! Right after John McCain. She sang to Jay Leno.
She was adorable and funny as usual.

My son is adopted and I hope that he too feels proud and happy that he was given a better life. I applaud her!

I saw Kristin in Wicked on Broadway and her performance simply blew me away!

Today, I was even more impressed that she was brave enough to express her views on being adopted on National TV.
I too am adopted and completely concur with Kristin's comments. I feel lucky to have been given the life that I have
and appreciate the difficult decision that my biological parents made on my behalf.

I look forward to reading Kristin's book.

I missed it, I fell asleep! I can't believe it! I hope someone posts it on youtube, so I can watch it.

I watched Leno last night and she wasn't on it. What happened?

Great job Kristin. LOVED the song you sang plus ya made me hungry for some fries from chick-fil-a....yum!
Can't wait to see you on GMA and The View this week Smiling

I just watched the show tonight and never saw Kristin.. Sad
Looking forward to reading the book tomorrow during a 7 hour bus ride!

I actually laughed out loud several times reading this boook!! What a joy!!

Kristen, join Twitter please!! We'd love to follow you!!!

Remember how Kristin Chenoweth hosted the 2008 Drama Desk Awards? Well, I've been looking online and I can't find anything that says the date and time the Drama Desk Awards are airing on TV. If anyone knows, please post a comment. Thanks!

Look forward to reading your book! Maybe you can plan a stop to the Poughkeepsie New York Barnes & Noble? Lots of people would LOVE to meet you and see your WONDERFUL smile in person. Some of us just won't be able to make it to the city this week...hope you can get a little closer. All the best with the tour!!

This list of signings doesn't include the April 16th one listed on the other post! That's the one I'm going to.
They said to check back on that list for updates and it's still on there. Did they just miss putting it in here or has it been cancelled?
That date is fast approaching so Please Help me out if you know what's up. I'm worried now.

EDIT*
K, I just checked the Simon and Schuster website. They still have the 16th date posted. I hope it was just a typo on here.

I can't wait to get my hands on that book!!!

I was reading the new book yestersay and I think there might be an error in one of the photos. On the bottom of one page, there is a picture of Kristin, Kathy Bates, and a man I assume is either the director or producer. It says it is on the set of MUSIC MAN but isn't it actually on the set of ANNIE?

Saw you tonight at the Westport Country Playhouse. Your voice is amazing ... probably the finest I've heard and you've got such energy and personality ... what a great nite!! Thank You!

I am laughing out loud and then looking to see if I am alone- glad I am not reading this book on a plane or in public. I am on page 192 at the moment and wanted to say how much I have enjoyed the book. Your publisher sent the book to KRMG (Tulsa) and between Oklahoma spring storms and the upcoming snow storm (yes snow predicted March 28th), I am reading-- rather--racing through the book. "A Little Bit Wicked" is 'a lot of fun'. Thanks for writing and sharing. I am a little bummed that this journey ends in just 33 pages....

Just finished reading your wonderful book, you made me laugh and cry and it touched my heart. Thank you for writing such a delightful and honest book, and thank you especially for helping me find my faith again, you really are a miracle worker, as well as an enormously talented woman, a generous and kind and funny and smart and did I say beautiful, gorgeous, inspiring, fab-u-lash person! Thank you so much!! XOXO VEG
