Kristin, I hope my comments find you well. I also have Meniere's disease. I was nearly crippled by it when it first struck in 2000. I was finally diagnosed correctly with Meniere's in about 2002. Like you, I also lived the monk's life of taking salt out of my life, sleeping on an incline, trying to lower my stress level, etc. I still suffered miserably but soldiered on as best I could because I had a wife and 2 kids depending on me.
