Hi! My name is Gabi. I am only thirteen years old, but I have been a diehard Cheno fan for about 3 years. I love meeting new fans; welcome to the community! Wow...Australia! That must be so amazing! I live in the U.S., but sadly very far away from New York. It's so cool how Kristin has fans all over the world. I too am in a theatre program, as well as a visual arts program. Both of my parents were musicians, and my mom did some theatre work (local, nothing big) so I really don't ever remember a time when the arts were not a major part of my life. Do you, by any chance, write fanfiction? -- "I dream of a world where chickens can cross the road without their motives being questioned" -Me
Hi Gabi!! Yepp all the way over in Australia. Theres a couple of people here I know who like Kristin... mostly because I've introduced them to her =P. But sadly not many people know who she. The U.S! that must be cool, I really want to visit one day. and wow I do visual arts as well haha. Sounds like you've grown up in a great envoronment, have you done much performances or anything?... I somehow found it on my own, my family isnt very art orientated. And no I don't write fanfiction, I'm really not that good at writing BUT I love to read it! It's great to meet you =D -- TJ
I've done a few minor things, but I'm going to be in a big comedy version of "Twelfth Night" in February. I'm Feste, the narrator. Basically I have a few big paragraphs to say as the story progresses, but I don't really get to act, which stinks Sad It's funny, because we are in the same situation. Every person in my town who is a fan of Kristin (which is about 7) was introduced to her by me. Once I requested "popular" at a school dance and when they played it the crowd started booing! I don't exactly listen to the things normal 8th graders do. I'm into Kristin (duh!) as well as Barbra Streisand, Judy Garland, Patti LuPone, James brown (saw him in concert) The Beatles, and many others. If you're into fanfiction, here's my page: http://www.fanfiction.net/~secondhandrose you can skip "Fredo the Sailor Man" because it is actually one of the chapters in my other fiction. Thanks so much for joining! It's a pleasure talking with you! Laughing out loud -- "I dream of a world where chickens can cross the road without their motives being questioned" -Me
ahhh well, sounds like you'll have fun in twelfth night! you have plenty of time to get into more productions Eye-wink I hadnt done much when I was in yr 8 so you're doing well! wow! I cnt beleive they booed Popular! We really do seem to be in the same situation, I have tried to indroduce so many people to wicked but they showed no interest, not untill it finally came here halfway through last year at least. Oh well, It's their loss I say! lol. haha you seem to be into all the same musicians as one of my friends, except kristin. But I too love Judy Garland, Barbra Streisand and the Beatles. So you seem to have normal taste to me! And awesome! Pushing daisies fan fics =D thats cool I'll have to read them =] -- TJ
Yay, and I hope you enjoy them! Wicked came to Australia? That is awesome! It has never come to where I live, but I'm dying to see it. My mom's friend (used to know Kristin) is a musical director and got us a bootleg copy of the show, but that's all I've gotten to see so far. It's killing me! It's funny, though, that my mom complains about how often I listen to the soundtrack. She doesn't see how i'm not tiring of it. I tried to explain to her that is is some of the most amazing theatre music ever written, but she thinks that theory might be a little far-fetched. She'll learm eventually... -- "I dream of a world where chickens can cross the road without their motives being questioned" -Me
